The office and the warehouse are at the same address, with the entrance from the courtyard. There is visitor parking inside the gate. If you are collecting equipment, come to the loading bay at the rear rather than the office door.

We are closed on Moldovan public holidays. Email sent outside office hours is answered on the next working day.
What to send us for a quotation
A desktop assessment costs nothing and takes us about two working days. To produce one we need four things:
- The address of the property, precise enough to find on a map.
- A recent electricity bill, or your annual consumption in kWh if you have it.
- Two or three photographs of the roof, taken from far enough back to show the whole pitch and anything that shades it.
- A note of what you want the system to do: cut the bill, cover a heat pump, keep essential circuits alive during an outage, or some combination.
With that we will come back with an indicative system size, an expected annual yield and a price range. If it looks right, we book a site survey and move to a fixed-price offer.
Existing customers
If you already have a LumoCasa system and something is wrong with it, call the service line and have your contract number ready — it is on the first page of your handover pack. For a system under our maintenance contract we aim to respond within two working days. Monitoring alerts often reach us before you notice anything, so do not be surprised if we call you first.
