LumoCasa Energy installs across the whole of the Republic of Moldova. Our warehouse and workshop are in Chișinău, and our crews travel out from there to every district listed below.

Districts we serve

We group the country into four operating zones for scheduling and logistics purposes. The zone your locality falls into affects travel cost, which is folded into the quotation, but it does not affect the price of the equipment or the scope of work.

Northern zone

Covered from our Chișinău base with overnight crew accommodation for larger installations.

Travel and site access

Sites within 40 km of Chișinău carry no travel charge. Beyond that we add a flat mobilisation fee per project, not per visit, which covers vehicle costs and crew accommodation where the distance makes a same-day return impractical. For the northern districts — Edineț, Bălți, Soroca and Briceni among them — this fee is typically between 2,500 and 4,500 MDL depending on the exact locality and the size of the system.

We do ask that the site is reachable by a van carrying roughly 800 kg of material, and that there is somewhere secure to leave equipment overnight on multi-day installations. If access is difficult — a narrow lane, a soft farm track, no turning space — tell us at the survey stage so we can plan a smaller vehicle and additional handling.

Survey visits

Site surveys in the central zone are usually arranged within a week of your request. For the northern and southern zones we batch surveys so that an engineer covers several sites in one trip, which keeps the survey free of charge for you; that can add a few days to the wait. If you need a survey urgently in a distant district we can send someone sooner against a fee, refunded against the contract if you proceed.
